This is a Collars, Etc. "Lillian" Pattern.  It is absolutely gorgeous with the embroidery design down the center and a beautiful rounded yolk.  It has puffy sleeves with and lace trim.  Great for baptism, christening or any other special occasion.  This can be made from cotton batiste or voile.
