This is a precious summer outfit for a baby boy or girl.  It comes in the bubble style or the two piece style.  Available in different fabrics.  It buttons at the shoulders and at the sides and snaps at the crotch.  Suggested fabrics are seersucker, cotton or gingham.   Machine washable.
