Listed here are two different styles of vintage baby bubbles.  These sets look like two piece sets but are actually only one piece.  See pictures.  One set has a collar and a cute embroidery design.  The embroidery design will depend on whether it is ordered for a boy or girl.  It can be made from solid cotton, cotton gingham or linen.
