This is a vintage white organza girl's communion or baptism dress.  This is a handmade dress and, therefore, has no size tag.  I would guess it is a size 4 or 5.  It is in great condition.  There is one tiny spot on the back of the skirt portion and a tiny tear close to the buttom button on the back.  It can easily be mended.  It is a beautiful dress and the workmanship is really nice.
